Welcome From Betty Barnett!

Betty Barnett is a humorous, warm and sensitive speaker who delights audiences while touching their hearts. She is a gifted storyteller and in-depth Bible teacher who has spoken all over America and internationally. Betty enjoys speaking at conferences, retreats, women’s groups (Christian Women’s Club, MOPS, Mother & Daughter Teas, etc.), training seminars, and banquets. Betty has led a large interdenominational women’s Bible study group and has trained leaders. She is involved in discipling women on a weekly one-on-one basis.

Betty is a native of a Southern California beach community. She attended Pomona College, UCLA, and California State University. At the age of 18, she suffered severe depression and even with the best medical help available she was institutionalized at the age of 19. A core of her ministry is based on God’s healing love and hope, training teachers and nurses to work with people suffering from depression.

Betty is now the mother of three grown children and is a grandmother. Betty lived 21 years in Big Bear Lake, California, where her husband was the Administrator of Pine Summit Christian Conference Center. She now lives in Washington, as a Pastor’s wife. She and her husband, Dr. Greg Barnett, minister together at couple’s conferences, focusing on keys to a healthy marriage.
